At Yale India, we stand behind the quality of our home security and hardware solutions; if you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with all components and installation manuals included to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Request
Log into your Yale India account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Pack the product securely in its original box; our courier partner will conduct a preliminary check to ensure no visible damage or missing hardware.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 to 72 hours.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final technical inspection, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
